1.2x0.7m (3.7x2.3 ft) jaw that features
both level and load sensors ensures themost
efficientmaterial handling across applications.
Thenewmodel joins the redesignedV2Series
jaw crushers coming to themarket, including
the J40V2 and the J50V2.
Alsobeing introduced is the J45R,which
allows operators toproduce a crushed and

toughest projects around theglobe.
“We’vehad thenew J Series outwith
customers in the field for over ayearnow,”
said JohnO’Neill, vice-president sales and
marketing forMcCloskey International. "We
based the changes to thedesignon customer
feedback.Oncewe incorporated their
feedback,we sent it back into the field for their
assessment.All have comeback saying their
productionhas increased substantially, and
theirprocessingofmaterials in anumber of
formats is evenmore efficient thanbefore.”
In addition to the change in the cheek
plates and flywheel, a steepernip angle allows
for better crushing in themid andupper

Dust Control Technology (DCT) has introduced a new
quick-releasemanifold bracket, engineered to limit
worker exposure to harsh service environments
and potential safety hazards, whileminimising
process downtime. Designed to fit all fan-driven
models of DustBoss atomisedmist dust suppression
equipment, the new bracket design allows removal
and replacement of themanifold in about five
minutes, with no tools required. The stainless
steel bracket and pinmounting system secures
themanifold in position, allowingmaintenance
personnel to remove and replace quickly for routine
cleaning or other service. Initially developed in
response to customer input for use in harsh service
conditions to reduce potential risk to employees,
