Itwas the seventh time the showhas
beenheld, following its launch in2002.
OrganiserMesseMünchen said the
191,000visitors came from149 countries,
and thenumber of international visitors
was up12%.AfterChina, the top ten
visitor countrieswereRussia, Korea,
Japan, India,Malaysia, Thailand,
Singapore, Taiwan,HongKong and
Indonesia, respectively.
Despite themarket downturnof the last
twoyears, domestic cranemanufacturers
have continuedwithproduct development
programmes, albeit rather lessprolifically.
Unlike the last show in2012 therewasno
3,600 tonne capacity crawler craneor 2,000
tonne capacityall terrain crane.
