can convert minus 63 micron silt water
into a reusable water supply and the solids
into material that can be handled. Also on
display will be its extensive range of fixed
and portable washing and crushing plants for
recycling and sand gravel quarries that have
been its core business.
WASHING AND SCREENING
The major news at Hillhead from CDE Global
will be the launch of a new contract washing
offer in partnership with the company’s UK
partners, Aggregate Processing Solutions
(APS). This will give customers access to
CDE equipment without an initial capital
expenditure. Options include rental, hire to
buy and price per tonne contracts.
The range of equipment on offer includes
the EvoWash sand washing plant, M2500
mobile washing plant, AggMax and RotoMax
logwashers, AquaCycle thickener and both a
centrifuge and filter press product. The CDE
and APS partnership has seen a number of
projects installed in the UK in recent times on
a variety of materials from sand and gravel to
construction and demolition waste.

units, will use the show to showcase its
latest machine, the RTU2200 high capacity
tracked truck unloader designed to allow
continuous loading direct from trucks and
can be used across a range of applications. It is
powered by a 96 kW (128 hp) Cat 4.4 engine
that provides high torque while minimising
fuel consumption. The machine can also be
tracked into position and then run using an
on-site three phase electrical supply, further
reducing fuel consumption.
Meanwhile, Sandvik will have an extensive
range of the equipment at the show, with
the aim of “highlighting the total solutions
product range” that it offers to its customers.
The stationary crushing side of this range
will see the introduction of a new CH540
compact cone crusher that provides optimum
performance and good cubical shape, says the
company. All new and patented, the new unit
is based on the proven Hydrocone TM, and
has the ability to produce excellent shaped
products in fewer crushing stages.
One the mobile side of things, a new
QA451 will be on show in the static area
of the company’s display. This is the latest
incarnation of the original S7 triple decked
Doublescreen that was launched six years ago.
The QA451 retains many of the features of
the S7 and the subsequent QA450 but offers
improved productivity as well as incorporates
Anaconda’s DF512 scalping screen has been
redesigned to include two or three way separation
