But the market is fairly flat for the TZs,
Engstrom says.
“There are areas of slight growth along the
West coast and down into Texas,” she says.
“Areas showing slight amounts of decline are
seen in states like Michigan and spread through
pockets of the North East.”
Engstrom says customers are increasingly
demanding more uptime. “The TZ product line
is configured for quick setup with the platform
located opposite of the trailer hitch for fast
machine placement and the large, easy to
operate controls are intuitive,” she says. “Terex

Silver lining
For Haulotte, Bob Yoder, business development
and customer service manager, says the market
for trailer-mounts is up over last year as the
economy has gotten better and customers are
focusing on replacing aged equipment in their
fleets.
“We’re selling [these units] throughout North
America, primarily to rental stores,” Yoder says.
Haulotte offers trailer-mounts in heights
between 35 feet and 79 feet, and trailers exist
in both articulated and telescopic versions. The
company currently offers: Bil-Jax 3522A, Bil-Jax
4527A, Bil-Jax 3632T and the Bil-Jax 5533A.
