building is onemore step they

operations for Stephenson,
gives a fewhighlights of the
new crane shopbuilding just
completed at theirHarrisburg,
PA location.
“Ournew shophas a40-foot
ceilingheightwith four 100-
foot deepbays and a15-ton
two-hoist overhead crane
spanning the entire 12,000
square foot building featuring
radiant floor heat,” said
Heiner. “We also constructed a
new4,000 square foot test pad
givingus the ability tobetter
inspect and test a crane after
repairs havebeen completed.”

provider Bengal Crane has
taken delivery of a Terex
Explorer 5800AT. Themodel
is the first of the Explorer
range to be sold in the U.S.
Purchased from distributor
Dozier Crane, the 5-axle AT
is in the 220-ton capacity
class and it is powered by
a single 405 kW Euromot
IV / Tier 4 Final engine. The
70.2-ton counterweight can
be automatically rigged and
it also has the IC-1 touch
screen control system and
a 2.85meter-widewalk-
through carrier cabinwith air
conditioning. The first task
for the newATwas at an
ammonia plant.
