eparate three-day exhibitions of rental and access
equipment go ahead next month, with both the APEX
internationalaccessplatformexhibitionandInternational
Rental Exhibition (IRE) taking place from 24-26 June at the
AmsterdamRAI ExhibitionCentre in theNetherlands.
The European Rental Association (ERA) Convention is also
scheduled at the same venue over the same three days, while the
EuropeanRentalAwards dinner is takes placeon theWednesday
night (25 June). Visitors to IRE will also have free access to
APEX, and vice versa, meaning that visitors will have access to
more than 160 companies that supply the rental sector.

More than65 exhibitors have signedup for IRE, whichhas sold
out of space. Organised by Industrial Promotions International

, andKHLGroup, it is the third time the event has
been held.
Exhibitors span established suppliers like Kubota, JCB,
Hitachi, Wacker Neuson, Terex, Yanmar, Volvo, Kaeser, Hilti
andHusqvarna, as well as companies that are less well known,
such as attachments specialist Cangini Benne, or US company
Schaefer, whichmakes the Americ branded portable fan.
In addition to compact construction equipment including
mini excavators and site dumpers, a huge range of other
machines will also be on display.
This includes everything from attachments to lighting towers,
pumps, heating and cooling equipment, surface preparation
tools, and site equipment such as fuel storage tanks andportable
accommodation.The showwill also be a goodplace to catchup
with the latest development in the fields of rental software and
IT, with at least four suppliers from the IT sector planning to
exhibit.
As far as larger manufacturers are concerned, Kubota will use
IRE to showcase its latest ‘dash-4’ mini excavator, the 2 to 3

By Plane:
The RAI exhibition centre has a dedicated train station
and is 15minutes from Schiphol Airport on a direct line. This line
is different from the trains to AmsterdamCentral station. The
