NCCCO Practical ExaminerWorkshopswere held both before and after the show. Key
elements of CCO rigging andmobile crane certificationswere featured in regular demos
conducted throughout each day. NCCCO’s “Visit CONEXPO, Leave CCO-Certified” program,
featuring onsite exam registration and score reporting, proved extremely popular, with
dedicated testing rooms conveniently located to themain exhibit area. NCCCO also
sponsored nine crane and rigging seminars as part of a brand new Crane & Rigging track
at CONEXPO.

Quite the show!

y any standard, CONEXPO
– the five-day construction
equipment exposition and
conference that descends onLasVegas
every three years, andwhichwrappedup
its 2014 appearance onMarch 8–was
a resounding success. Not onlydid the
number of visitors significantly exceed
the organizer (AEM)’s expectations, but
most exhibitors confessed to adeep sense
of satisfaction at the seriousnesswith
whichmany of themdiscussedpotential
newbusiness.
NCCCO shared in this success in
multipleways, reflecting both the
number and variety of activities inwhich
the nationally accredited andOSHA-
recognized certificationbody engaged
bothbefore, during and after the show.
