A suspended scaffoldwith a solidplatform,
QuikDeck offers factory-floor conditions so
thatmultiple trades canwork side by side
safely and efficiently. QuikDeck’s design
allows it to be assembled from a fewbasic
components and configured to fit almost any
shape or size. Designed tomeet OSHA-required,
weight-bearing ratios of 4:1, QuikDeck can
be configured to up to150pounds per cubic
foot for uniform live load ratings. QuikDeck
can also be combinedwith other scaffolding
access solutions. This provides the opportunity
to approachdifficult access situationswith
dynamic, creative solutions. Safway’sQuikDeck
suspended access system saves valuable dollars
through an innovative, patented, cantilevered
erection technique, allowing the suspended
access system to be “built in the air.”QuikDeck
can also be “leapfrogged” to allow crews to
complete jobs in sections and reduce equipment
costs. QuikDeck applications include: bridges,
commercial construction, industrial jobsites, and
shipbuilding or repair.

from theweather, Hakitec 750 temporary roof
systems, buildings and shelters provide the
ideal solution. Safe, quick and easy to erect
usingmodular components, Hakitec 750 can
be designed to cover large, wide, uninterrupted
spans and fit almost any shape and size,
includingpitched andpolygonal structures.
Hakitec 750 applications include: commercial
construction, industrial jobsites, storage,
warehousing, and shipbuilding or repair. Safway

Lastly, Safwaywill displayHakispan750
mobile and stationary access platforms.
Lightweight aluminum trusses provide strength

SKYCLIMBER
has developed andwill show
a new low cost central control box for increased
safety andworker efficiency on suspended
access applications. From the existingpendant
ports on theSkyClimber hoists, a central control
box canbewired so that the platform canbe
operated from a singlemaster switch.
The companywill also display its LNXhoist,
whichhas been equippedwith an added voltage
meter and receivedUL certification. The hoist
features a sealed aluminum shell that keeps
moisture anddebris out and according to the
company, annualmaintenance takes less than
anhour.
XTREMEMANUFACTURING
will be
showcasing themajority of theirmodel range at
2015World of Concrete, including the award-
winning70,000-pound capacity XtremeXR7038.
With a7,000-square-foot booth in theSilver Lot,
Xtremewill be highlighting the versatility of their
XtremeCubemodular structure by building their
own two-story booth structure.
