How to get to Intermat

More than200,000people visited the last Intermat exhibition
in2012. Comexposium said that the number of identified trade
visitors was up 15.8% on the 2009 show, with 34.2% (49,620
visitors) coming from outside France.
And while most of the household names in the construction
equipment industry will take space at Intermat – 38 out of the
global top 50 according to Comexposium – there is no getting
away from the fact that a few major players have chosen not
to take part in this year’s show. Those dropping out who were
present in 2009 include Caterpillar’s nationwide distributor
for France, BergeratMonnoyeur (meaning the Cat and Perkins
brands will not be represented at Intermat), JCB and Sandvik
Construction.
Case’s new graderswill be a feature
of its Intermat launches.
Bell will use the show to preview the largermodels in its
E-series of ADTs.
Intermat will be the first opportunity formany to see Hitachi’s
range of compaction equipment following its launch at June’s
IRE event in Amsterdam.
