Atlas Copco |
LP6500 Duplex Roller outperforms in comparative TÜV test
*
Maximum gain with minimum strain!
TÜV Nord* performed a comparative test on three similar duplex roller models from different manufacturers.
One of these rollers was the LP6500 from Atlas Copco. The test report confirms that Atlas Copco‘s continuous
focus in its product development on ergonomic design and operator comfort has resulted in a roller with lower
vibrations in the handle and lower machine noise. Quite simply, a roller that puts minimum strain on the operator.
The TÜV test results are striking
»
LP6500
showed a hand-arm vibration level of
only 4.14 m/s
2
in the top handle compared with
the second nearest competing roller, which was measured at
7.01 m/s
2
in the direction handle.
»
The hand-arm vibration level in the handle of the LP6500 is 2.87 m/s
2
lower.
This means considerably
less strain on the operator
during a working day.
»
LP6500
showed a sound pressure level of
only 87.9 dB(A), equals 4.4 dB(A)
lower than competitor 1 and 7 dB(A) lower than competitor 2.
