he Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara
Falls, NY was in desperate need of
renovations. $26 million in renovations,
actually. The casino’s main floor was set for
a massive redesign and remodeling, and to
make it even slightly more challenging, the
casino also wanted to install a new $6 million
HVAC system to improve air quality. The entire
space hadn’t been renovated in over 10 years
– since the original convention building was
converted into
today’s gambling
destination.

floor has an area of 147,000 square feet
with 99 gaming tables and 4,200 slots.
The interior of the casino is the size of
two full-length football fields and the
ceiling is more than 40 feet tall.

while the work went on above them,” Pini says.
