fleet with the purchase of its
first Airo spider, aR17DC. The
company, based inHaifaBay, has
been testing some Airomodels over
previousmonths, including the X
10 EW, X 12 EN, X 14 EW, XS 8 E
restyling and one XL 19RTD. The
RC 17DC, with a 16.5mworking
height, is popular in theMiddle
East, said themanufacturer. The
model has aworking outreach of
6.5m and a capacity of 200 km for
two operators.
IAPSGroup
has established
a new powered access sales
and service business in France.
Nacelexpert is a fully independent
supplier of powered access
platforms aswell as providing
all associated technical support,
service and preventative
maintenance packages. Themove
follows the group’s sale of its
replacement parts business in
France, IPSSARL, inNovember
2014.
Nationwide Platforms
has signed a joint exclusive
three-year deal with contractor
Balfour Beatty. The plant rental
deal was also struckwith fellow
UK-basedA-Plant, Speedy Hire
and Vp. Jeremy Fish,managing
director of Nationwide Platforms
said, “Creating such a prestigious
partnership is going to be extremely
beneficial for everyone involved. It
demonstrates that Balfour Beatty
