ore than 2400 exhibitors will take
part at ConExpo in Las Vegas,
USA, at the beginning of March.
The total indoor and outdoor exhibition space
will come to 213680 m2.This year’s show sees
a new outdoor space added, the Platinum Lot,
which will be located across from the South
Hall, and will provide 35953 m2 of space.
This year sees the introduction of a number
of new aerial work platforms and telehandler,
many of which are announced in this review,.

HAULOTTE
will launch its HT67 RTJ (HT23
RTJ) telescopic boom in the North American
market.
The HT67 RTJ has a platform working
height of 67 ft, 5 in (20.5 m), horizontal
outreach of 60 ft, 5 in (18.3m), about 3ft more
than industry standards, says the company.
Optional dual load capacity offers lifting
capacity of up to 1000 lbs (450kg), and a fast
lifting speed of just 56 seconds to full height.
Also displayed on the Haulotte Group
stand will be the HA130 JRT (HA41 PX
NT) articulating boom. Features include a
maximum outreach of 65ft 4in (19.80m) and
up to three simultaneous and proportional
movements with non restricted working area.
There too are the HA51 JRT (HA41 PX-
NT) articulating boom, 2668 RT (C12DX)
compact diesel scissor, Optimum 1930 E
(Optimum 8) & Compact 3947 E (Compact
access range offering heights up to 20 ft.
The push-around models on display will be
the HB-P3.6 and HB-P4.5, designed to meet
the CE standard.The ANSI standard model
names HB-P527 and HB-P827 will not be on
display.
In the self-propelled segment the company
will show its latest models the HB-830 and
HB-1230.They feature a zero-turn drive
system designed for optimum maneuverability,
large working platform and a low entry height
with lightweight design.
The company will also be showing the
HB-1030 and HB-1430 workhorse machines
with 750lbs platform space and 670lbs lifting
capacities, while maintaining a lightweight
footprint.
ELLIOTT EQUIPMENT COMPANY
plans to
showcase several new boom truck-mounted
cranes and HiReach material handling aerial
work platform products at ConExpo. The
company will feature material handling
telescopic AWPs with 115 ft to 215 ft
working heights.
Along with its HiReach and BoomTruck
products, Elliott will display new accessories
including an AWP hydraulic intensifier,
wireless remote control solutions, a new
hydraulic BoomTruck AWP, and much more,
says the company. general construction and
facility maintenance.
GEHL
is introducing an optional lifting hook
for select Gehl RS Series telescopic handler
models.The lift hook option provides a secure
lifting point for transporting suspended loads
without the use of an additional attachment.
The lifting hook is mounted on the
telescopic handler boom tip and allows
placement of loads with or without the
standard fork carriage attached to the
machine.This attachment has the same lift
capacity and load zone ranges as the standard
fork and carriage.The lift hook is located so
as to not interfere with other attachments.
